Ola Michael Questions CEO Of Zylofon Media On Ebony’s Death Post
After After the sad death of Musician Ebony, a lot of issues are coming up.
The latest one is the post of the CEO of Zylofon media, Nana Appiah on how she was about to sign Ebony from her label and some conversation that went on close doors came out.
Movie producer and entertainment critic Ola Micheal has come hard on Nana Appiah for his post which he thinks is not the right time for him to bring out such post.
This is the write up of Ola Michael which he posted on his facebook wall.
Now on the tweet that has attracted a lot of bashing.
Let’s analyse the sentences one after the other.
#1. We had a fruitful meeting and reached an agreement just last Tuesday.
This meeting was between Ebony and team and Zylofon media. Owing this to the normal procedure involved in trying to sign an artist from one record label to the other.
#2. ” Please help me pay him for my BAIL OUT. I want to be free” A direct quote, supposedly, from Ebony.
PLEASE HELP ME, sign of desperation, in dare need, etc
Is it the case of Ebony feeling like a slave under her management? Why was she begging to be freed by Nana Appiah? What is in her contract with bullet that made her so locked and not to be freed easily?
Why was she in a desperate need to leave the label?
I WANT TO BE FREE….. Was she that desperate to leave? Was she under any sort of enslavement? Did she really say this to the reporter?
#3. I hope you are free now and find absolute peace in the bosom of the almighty.
I HOPE YOU ARE FREE NOW?
Is this the kind of freedom she was asking for? How could her death be equated to the kind of freedom she was yearning for?
Is it right to say this just after she’s dead?
What motivated this statement?
How can death be the kind of freedom she asked from you? Did she asked you to kill her or commence a new path in her career?
Such statements are normally said to people who suffered so much, malady that death was the only way out of the incurable pains.
But I doubt Ebony was in any situation close to this.
This is the most irresponsible statement to be ever made in times like this.
So cutthroat that discerning people are right to vent their spleen at.
Especially so, as the unfortunate statement was said few days after her painful demise.
I hear he will possess his airwaves to explain what he meant? Like seriously? Oh how boss? This is English.
If its trend, you got it. Don’t ask for more.
I pray you don’t exacerbate the already misplaced goof. This time again Nana Appiah, you goofed big time. My advise let your PR do your talks for you. Its becoming one too many.
When you need to talk;
Know when to do it
The emotional atmosphere of the period
The targeted audience
Choose your words carefully
Brood over what you want to say again before posting. cus of who you are now.
